“The transformation I saw in the teenagers who attended the camp in Ft St John was incredible. The self confidence, entrepreneurial skills and friendships gained over the course of a few days was truly remarkable. The beaming smiles on all of their faces at the graduation ceremony showed everyone present entrepreneurial education is a must for the success of our youth.”
(Parent of Fort St John camp Youth)
“You have forever changed the lives of these young learners! You planted a seed, and they will always see this moment in time, as a pivotal change in their lives.
I truly foresee a new crop of young entrepreneurs for the shishalh nation. “
(Guy Morin - Shishalh Nation, Manager - Divisional, Education)
“Thank you for sharing your knowledge and support to our youth. Over just a few days with your program, my son shared how he pushed through his anxiety to speak up. He’s shown an interest in having a business and you gave him knowledge for his future endeavors.”
(Parent of Terrace BC camp Youth)
"It was quite wonderful moment when my daughter was pitching her new learned business skills to judges and having a business card that was created at the kids camp.
I feel the Bears Lair Dream Camps should be put into the public schools. What a fun way to learn business skills."
